At MDCR, you can work in both System Design and Development. You’ll have the chance to communicate directly with Japanese customers, improving your language and business skills.
We set goals for specialists based on their strengths and abilities, supporting your continuous growth toward becoming a true expert.
We offer many benefits, including support for Japanese and English skills, IT skills, certifications, and work experience. Weekends and public holidays are off, paid leave is provided for Annual, Medical, Birthday, Marriage, Maternity, Paternity, and Condolence purposes.
