Recruitment Q&A

Q

Are there any trainings for employees?

A
1
|
Yes. Since most of our projects are for Japanese clients, strong Japanese language skills and IT expertise are essential. Before joining, candidates receive Japanese language training at a language school. After joining, all employees aim for JLPT N1, with full support including tuition and exam fees. For IT skills, we provide training in Java, Python, SQL, databases and business knowledge, along with opportunities to learn the latest Japanese technologies from experienced Japanese managers. After completing basic training, employees join real projects and continue learning through On-the-Job Training (OJT). Mentors are also assigned to support you during your training and project work.

Can I get a good salary?

A
2
|
Yes. At MDCR, salary reflects your skills, achievements and growth. Compensation is based on individual performance rather than years of service. Some highly skilled employees become team leaders within just two years, showing that dedication and ability are highly valued. We evaluate various skills, including IT expertise, Japanese language proficiency, project management and communication skills.

Do I have a chance to go to Japan?

A
3
|
Yes. As of April 2019, we have dispatched 80 technicians to companies in Japan. Some employees have worked there for over three years, while others travel between Japan and Myanmar depending on project needs. To be eligible for dispatch to Japan, you need strong IT skills and JLPT N2 level or higher. Unlike companies that offer only temporary staffing, our employees are treated equally to their Japanese counterparts. While working in Japan, employees maintain communication with Myanmar and continue as MDCR staff. Upon returning, they can apply the skills gained in Japan to take on leadership or managerial roles within the company.

|
Can I join the company without experience as a new employee?

A
4
|
Absolutely. Many of our senior staff started with little to no Japanese skills and no prior experience. Through dedicated training, on-the-job learning and continuous support, they have developed their skills and grown into key leaders. This shows that even if you start from scratch, there are plenty of opportunities to build a rewarding career and build your future with us.

We value individuals who are eager to improve, embrace challenges and stay committed to their growth.
