My name is Mon Mon Zaw, and I have been with MDCR since 2009. I hold a B.C.Sc (Hons.) from the University of Computer Studies and am currently pursuing an MBA to enhance my business and leadership capabilities. I have invested significant effort in learning Japanese, enabling me to work effectively in cross-cultural teams. Over 16 years, I advanced from Programmer to Project Manager, serving as Group Leader, Sub Leader, and Bridge SE during my assignment in Japan. These experiences enhanced my technical and leadership skills and my ability to deliver under pressure. My name is Cherry Tun, and I have been an employee since 2010. I hold the position of Project Leader. Myanmar DCR is an IT company that offers many opportunities for fresh graduates and young people who have just finished university. I have been working on SAP projects for over 10 years, gaining deep technical expertise while also strengthening my Japanese and English communication skills. Since 2020, the opportunity to work from home has allowed me to perform more efficiently and effectively. I am Nang Zin Myo Thaw, and I have been an employee of the company since 2011. I hold a B.C.Sc (Hons) degree and have 14 years of experience. This company provides both Japanese and IT training from the basics, which helped me begin my career right after graduation. Over the years, I have worked on many development projects, enhancing both my Japanese and IT skills. Additionally, I have learned valuable teamwork skills and gained insights into the Japanese way of working. Currently, as a project leader, I focus on delivering high-quality systems together with my team to meet our customers’ needs.

I joined Myanmar DCR in 2011 with no prior knowledge of Japanese and IT field. Upon joining, I received comprehensive training in both IT and Japanese, as well as practical experience through on-the-job training (OJT), which allowed me to contribute to company projects. Through this continuous development, I improved my skills and became capable of working effectively in both IT and Japanese-related fields. Today, I am proud to serve as a Project Leader at MDCR—a company that values employee growth and provides opportunities for learning, career advancement, and professional success. I joined Myanmar DCR in 2011. While everyone was hiring experienced employees, I was very happy to get a job even though I could not speak Japanese and was not familiar with IT. After joining, I was trained in Japanese, Basic IT, Communication, Teamwork, Management, and Problem-Solving Skills, so I had no difficulties when I was later sent to Japan as a BSE. I am now working as a Project Leader for the project I learned from in Japan. MDCR is an excellent opportunity for young people interested in IT, even without prior experience. We look forward to working with new employees to provide the best customer satisfaction.

I joined MyanmarDCR in 2013, and I've been working here as a System Engineer for over a decade now. One of the key advantages of MDCR is that we have experienced colleagues in every field, so whenever we face challenges, there is always someone to discuss and find solutions with. With many global projects, MDCR also offers valuable international experience. In addition, its in-house training programs help employees continuously grow and enhance their skills. From my experience, it is an environment where your abilities develop quickly, supported by a strong culture of professional growth.

After graduating in 2012, I joined Myanmar DCR in 2013 as a staff member. In 2015, I had my first opportunity to go to Japan, where I learned about the working style at our customer’s site. After returning to the Myanmar office, I started leading a project as a Leader. In 2018, I went to Japan for the second time and worked there for more than four years at the customer site. After that, I returned to Myanmar and have continued working as a Project Leader up to now. Since I started my career right after graduation, there were many challenges in the beginning, but now I’ve grown into a leader capable of managing projects successfully. I would like to warmly invite everyone to join Myanmar DCR — a company that has continuously supported my career growth and success.

When I joined Myanmar DCR 10 years ago, I had no prior IT experience, but I was given a chance to grow, learn, and take on real responsibilities. What made this journey truly special was the warm, supportive environment and the amazing teamwork, which I know I won’t easily find elsewhere. I’m truly grateful to be part of such a dedicated team and will continue to grow and contribute in every way I can.

I am Hnin Nandar Win, an employee who joined MDCR in 2016. Over the past 10 years, I have been involved in various projects, which has allowed me to develop my teamwork, communication, management, and negotiation skills. The greatest appeal of MDCR is that there are supervisors and senior colleagues whom you can consult whenever you have problems or concerns.
