After joining, I was trained in Japanese, Basic IT, Communication, Teamwork, Management, and Problem-Solving Skills, so I had no difficulties when I was later sent to Japan as a BSE. I am now working as a Project Leader for the project I learned from in Japan. MDCR is an excellent opportunity for young people interested in IT, even without prior experience.     After graduating in 2012, I joined Myanmar DCR in 2013 as a staff member. In 2015, I had my first opportunity to go to Japan, where I learned about the working style at our customer’s site.

After that, I returned to Myanmar and have continued working as a Project Leader up to now. Since I started my career right after graduation, there were many challenges in the beginning, but now I’ve grown into a leader capable of managing projects successfully.
